I have been to the Park on three occasions twice for surgery. I couldn't have been treated any better anywhere. I was made comfortable and looked after as an individual not on a ward .The hospital is spotless and everyone is so caring and polite After my ops both done by Mr Mersich who is an excellent surgeon by the way. I was given excellent aftercare the best I have received anywhere nothing is to much trouble. I am going again soon for more treatment and know I will be very well looked after . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hospital to anyone. They are the best. Thank you

If you value patient confidentiality, BMI The Park hospital is a no no I was NOT referred by anyone. I came as a private patient & made it clear I did NOT want my Gp to refer me as I did NOT want them to be onvolved for several reasons. But your Doctor had other motives and contacted them to buy favour So I booked an appointment to see a Dr at BMI The Park hospital . The Lady I spoke with asked for my Gp and I refused to give her the details telling her I did NOT wanty Gp to know about anything I am doing privately. She insisted that they needed it as part of the registration process and assured me they will not contact my GP. All lies. I gave them ONLY name of my surgery and address as requested but did NOT give them name of my Doctor. On 1st July 2020 I received a letter dated 24 June 2020 but envelop was stamped 29 June 2020. The Dr who saw me and his secretary are liers and have no respect for data protection. They not only sent the follow up letter to my Gp surgery, they also addressed it to a STRANGER who I do NOT know and who is NOT my Doctor. I believe they are dishonest people at that BMI the park hospital and will advise you AGAINST visiting them They Copied my letter to Dr B????? who is NOT a Dr at my GP surgery. I also did NOT give them name of any doctor so who gave them that name and why did they think it was important to address it to a Dr and why did they share my data without my consent and permission I SPECIFICALLY told them I did not want my Gap to know about my visit to BMI but they went ahead to breach patent confidentiality Question is 1. Who is Dr B????? 2. Why did they promise not to share my data yet went ahead to breach patient confidentiality 3. Why did they send a copy of my discharge letter to my Gap surgery without my permission? 4. As Dr B???? Is NOT one of the registered Doctors in my surgery, HOW did they get his name 5. Who asked them to send my medical record to Dr B???? These and more are questions that need answering. They sold out and lost my trust Do NOT trust this hospital with your medical record. They will send it to people you asked them not to send it to and they will expose your medical record to strangers who are locums To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I went private because I wanted privacy but the Dr at BMI Parklane contacted my Gp, got name of wrong person & sent my discharge letter to him. I was supposed to pay for my medical record to be sent to me but you sent it to them for reasons best known to you. Pls send them the bill to also pay for it since you know how to contact them behind me Attached are names of Gp registered at my gp surgery & you can see there is no Dr B????. I believe he is either a locum or agency staff or someone who comes ocassionally. I cannot remember seeing him this year for any medical issues I am registered under a different DOCTOR who is one of the Partners. If you were to send to anyone it should have been my Dr not a random person who is NOT registered as working there. Maybe he is a locum or agency Dr. You people are a disappointment

Everyone is so kind and helpful. They are very timely and I spent very little time in the waiting rooms.
